Professional hydrocolloid chest seal designed for open chest wounds, suitable for tactical first aid, outdoor accident management, and medical emergencies. Forms an airtight barrier to prevent tension pneumothorax while promoting wound healing.
Material Advantages
- Medical-grade hydrocolloid dressing (with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose) forms a gel layer on contact with body fluids, providing 100mmHg pressure resistance for airtight seal. Absorbs wound exudate and maintains a moist healing environment.
- Backing layer uses polyurethane breathable film (breathability 500g/m²/24h), blocking bacteria/dust while allowing water vapor release to reduce infection risk.
Dual-Effect Sealing System
- AZ-CSD-01 (Standard Model): 10×10cm circular dressing with self-adhesive silicone ring, suitable for chest puncture wounds ≤8cm in diameter. Unidirectional exhaust valve prevents pneumothorax.
- AZ-CSD-02 (Enhanced Model): 15×15cm oval dressing with medical-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive, covers large open wounds. Wavy edge design reduces curling during movement, adapts to thoracic expansion.
